PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By downloading, accessing, or using the Winbets.ai mobile application or web platform (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”).
This Agreement is between you (“User” or “You”) and Winbets.ai, Inc., a Wyoming C-Corporation (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), and governs your use of the App.
1. Purpose of the App
Winbets.ai is an educational platform designed to provide users with sports analytics, predictive modeling, and betting strategy insights. It is not a gambling app and does not facilitate real-money betting or wagering.
The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older and reside in a jurisdiction where sports betting education is legal. By using this App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Winbets.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or gambling-related activity
Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security measures
Copy, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the App
Share AI-generated content as financial or betting advice
Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations
5. No Gambling or Betting Functionality
Winbets.ai does not process bets, hold user funds, or facilitate any form of gambling. Any affiliate links to third-party sportsbooks are provided for comparison and educational purposes only. Use of any third-party services is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Responsible Use & Disclaimers
AI-generated predictions are for informational use only and do not guarantee outcomes.
You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions made outside the App.
Winbets.ai does not promote or encourage irresponsible gambling.

7. Subscription & Payments
At this time, all features of the App are available free of charge. No subscriptions or in-app purchases are currently offered. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly communicated to users and fully managed through the App Store or Google Play in compliance with platform policies.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, code, models, and branding within the App are the intellectual property of Winbets.ai, Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior we deem harmful or abusive. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this EULA will be revoked.
11. No Warranty
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of predictions, performance metrics, or insights provided.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winbets.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
14. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
